Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
1/12 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. flour
Salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Instructions
Blend together:
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs1/2 c. sugar
Blend together and put aside.
Blend and then mix:1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
Salt
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
Nuts
Then mix together really good.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Bread only.
Bars are shorter time.
There is no special way, I just mix together.
This makes really good bars or cake.
Then frost with cream frosting.
