Components
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. bitter cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ripe bananas, mashes
ICING: 1 c. powdered sugar , 1 tbsp butter, Ring of 1 orange, Sufficient lemon juice to unfold simply.
Directions
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat till mild.
Add bitter cream, salt, baking powder, flour and vanilla.
Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 levels for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cool and frost with lemon icing.
