Substances

4 c. crunchy or clean peanut butter

1 c. (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature

6 c. powdered sugar

2 tbsp. vanilla extract

1 (12oz.) bag semisweet chocolate morsels

Directions

In a big mixer bowl, beat the peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla collectively.

Cowl and chill till agency, or in a single day.

Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter, and place on shallow, wax paper lined pans.

Chill till agency.

Within the prime of a double boiler, soften the chocolate morsels.

With a sweet dipper or toothpick, dip the balls into the chocolate and drain on a cake rack.

When agency , refrigerate till serving time.

Makes about 3 dozen Buckeyes.

Retailer in fridge.
