3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

1 1/4 c. plus 3 tbsp. sugar

3 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

1 pt. bitter cream

CRUST:

17 graham crackers, crushed

1 stick butter, melted

1/2 c. plus 3 tbsp. sugar

Directions

Beat cream cheese, 1 1/4 cup sugar, eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla and lemon juice at medium pace for 10 minutes.

Add remaining 3 tablespoons sugar, remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla and bitter cream; beat at excessive pace for 10 minutes.

Press crumb crust into 9 inch spring type pan.

Bake at 350 levels for 40 minutes.

Flip off warmth. Depart cake in oven: cool for 1 hour.

CRUST: Bake at 325 levels for five minutes.
