Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, soft

1/4 c. oil

1 3/4 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

2 c. grated zucchini

1/2 c. sour milk

2 1/2 c. flour

8 tbsp. cocoa

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan.

Cream butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour milk.

Stir in dry ingredients and mix well.

Add zucchini.

Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
