Elements
1 c. zucchini
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. bananas
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 c. nuts
Directions
Grate carrots, zucchini and bananas.
Mix in eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
Combine in the remaining.
Bake 350 levels for 1 hour.
It makes 2 loaves.
Notes
I often substitute applesauce for the oil for a more healthy bread.
