Components
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg, barely crushed
1/4 c. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
Directions
Cream shortening, add sugar and cream nicely.
Add egg and molasses,
Beat.
Sift dry elements.
Add to first combination.
Combine nicely.
Form into small balls, roll in sugar,.
Place 2 inches aside.
Bake at 375 levels for 8 to 10 minutes.
