Kathryn Floyd’s Banana Bread Recipe

A terrific recipe to get pleasure from for breakfast with some espresso or after a meal as a dessert!
Substances
1/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. white sugar
2 eggs, effectively crushed
1 c. mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
Cream sugar and shortening, then add eggs and bananas.
Mix dry elements and nuts, and add to moist elements.
Combine very effectively.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake in 350 diploma oven. ( 1 giant loaf=1 hour 10 minutes, 3 small loaves-40 to 45 minutes, 6 mini loaves= half-hour.
