Lefse (Contemporary Potatoes) Recipe

Substances

3 c. potatoes

3 tbsp. 2% cream

3 tbsp. melted butter

1 c. unsifted flour

1 tbsp. salt

Directions

Boil potatoes then peel and put via ricer.

Combine all components collectively and chill.

Make about 12 balls and roll out skinny.

Bake on medium sizzling dry grill or lefse plate for not more than 2 minutes.

Fold in quarters and lay between 2 cloths.
