Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix

1 pkg pistachip pudding, regular not instant

1/4 c. oil

1 can Mountain Dew

2 eggs or 3 egg whites

1 c. chopped nutes (optional)

FROSTING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip

1 1/4 c. milk

1 pkg pistachio pudding mix

Instructions

Mix together for 3 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

FROSTING: Dissolve pudding in milk, add Cool Whip, spread on cool cake.

Sprinkle with nuts.
