2 eggs

1 c. oil

2 tsp. vanilla

1 c. buttermilk

1 tsp. baking soda

3 c. flour

1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb

TOPPING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Combine all elements collectively effectively.

Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.

Sprinkle every with sugar topping.

Bake at 350 levels for 15 to twenty minutes or till performed.
