Wild Rice Meatballs Recipe
Cook dinner Time:
4 hours 35 minutes
1 1/3 lbs. floor beef
2/3 lb. floor pork
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
1 clove minced garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 onion, minced
1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
Combine beef and pork properly in giant bowl.
Beat eggs till scrambled, crush croutons till superb, and add to beef and pork.
Combine in all different ingedients properly.
Make into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
Bake at 400 levels in glass baking dish 12 to fifteen minutes.
Put in crock pot with 2 cups of your favourite gravy on low for two to 4 hours.
Additionally good proper out of the oven with candy and bitter sauce.
